A key element for joining forces and building up a synergistic infrastructure is related to setting up a core lab facility at the DDZ. This core lab serves as a hub between the partners and will establish and provide all required preclinical drug development technologies.
Further, fully automated slide scanning equipment will be established to enable high-throughput analysis for multiple experiments conducted within the research platform. Central data handling and processing by the core lab is also an essential part of the new infrastructure.
